"Compete to Create" by Dr. Michael Gervais
Review by Borodutch
I don't know how I got this book on my recommendations list. I have little to say about it because I listened to it and got zero new information because I already know most of the references and research the authors outlined. However, this does not mean that the book is terrible—on the contrary, I believe it is packed with useful advice.
The authors describe how to become a better version of yourself through research-proven techniques such as visualization, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, etc. Even if the book isn't a revelation, it might be a nice reminder of what you better do to improve. It is also short enough and pretty on point, so it wouldn't hurt to pick it up.
