"Full Catastrophe Living" by Jon Kabat-Zinn
Review by Borodutch
I lost count of how many books on MBSR I've read, but I guess I finally arrived at a somewhat beginning. I don't want to reiterate the same points from my other reviews, yet it is uncanny how all the books on MBSR from various authors reiterate the same points repeatedly. It's almost like if you're into teaching mindfulness, you must write a book with the same content.
If you want to start with MBSR, try "Full Catastrophe Living." It's one of the best (and original) books on the subject. Basically, mindfulness is applied to everyday life to improve well-being.
