"Happy Money" by Ken Honda

Review by Borodutch

I wouldn't say that "Happy Money" is an eye-opening book. I'd rather have you read "Just Keep Buying." However, I found some insights cool.

  • Money can be "happy" and "unhappy"; e.g., if you earn money or spend money in a "moral" way, it is "happy."
  • Spending money on something good shouldn't be discouraging; e.g., if you're spending on your children's education, the spending is "happy."
  • Say "thank you" every time you earn or spend money.

Other than these, the rest of the "insights" are quite obvious if you've ever read a book on finances. Read a summary instead!
